Hormonal problems

If you limit your exercise to aerobics or running all the time, you will stop noticing results after a while.


Insufficient sleep can cause weight gain. In addition, lack of sleep promotes high cortisol levels because the body does not regenerate.


If you’ve exhausted all diagnostic possibilities, look over the medication leaflet. Some steroids, allergy medications, and contraceptive pills with a high oestrogen content can cause weight gain or a slower metabolism.
