My name is Marcin and I am a personal, qualified trainer and nutritionist of the 5th degree, in accordance with the accreditation of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF Level 5), with 18 years of experience in the fitness and health industry.

As a qualified trainer and nutritionist, I have a deep understanding of the science behind fitness and nutrition. I have earned multiple certifications in personal training, nutrition, and strength and conditioning, allowing me to provide my clients with evidence-based advice and guidance.
